Terms & Conditions Governing Your Use of ace87

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

ace87 operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering or operating more than one account — whether in your own name or under another identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ace87 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of security. You must notify ace87 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ace87 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from ace87 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ace87 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace87 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace87 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of ace87's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

• A regulatory obligation requires account closure
• The player has been identified as a problem gambler or has requested self-exclusion

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If the account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
